This diet is used to reduce inflammation resulting from the negative effects of histamine (histaminosis), as well as fundamental clinical imbalances in the body, including those related to the gastrointestinal tract (GIT), which can lead to the development of many chronic diseases.
Flare-ups of allergic conditions:
• Food allergies: to identify and eliminate specific allergens.
• Urticaria or angioedema (acute conditions).
• Atopic dermatitis (especially during flare-ups).
• Allergic rhinitis or conjunctivitis, including cases of cross-reactivity (for example, reactions to certain vegetables or fruits in people allergic to specific plant pollens).
• Reduce the intake of foods and drinks that trigger histamine release.
• Choose preparation and cooking methods that help lower histamine levels.
• Restore the mucosa of the small intestine, eliminate dysbiosis, improve GIT function, and support overall detoxification.
• Eat 3–4 smaller meals per day.
